To post, select the "post reply" button near the top-left of the screen. Then you get an interface with many options, but I think you can learn those on your own. If you are having trouble, PM me by going here.
The same thing to make a topic, you can click on the "new topic" button.
Sometimes you may see that the button is replaced with an image that says "locked." This means the thread or forum has been locked and you cannot further post in it.
