The Horn of Glory

The HoG is something that isn't used much as far as I know, but whenever somebody isn't calling with their horn, you can just go there and call every single item/attack style. It can help LOTS, so use it once in a while.

Attacker

If you're the Attacker, you don't do much other than kill the Penance Fighters and Rangers. If you're a
Mage/Ranger, you can right-click on the Attacker dispenser and select Runes/Arrows. You use the horn, change the attack style, medic (with the horn) and that's pretty much it. If you want to quickly call to the Collector to pick up red eggs, you can left-click on the horn (not right-click).

Defender

First and foremost, right-click on the Defender dispenser and select 'stock-up.' Then, if you want, you can drop 3 of the items (just click on them normally) and go to the north/top of the cave. Pick up the hammer and two logs. If you need more logs just go back over there. You can use the logs to build barricades at the north/top of the cave, or to fix traps on the west and east/left and right sides of the cave. Of course, what are traps with no bait? You must lay the correct food on the traps for the Penance Runners to get lured there. And then bzzz! The Runner is trap'd. If you want to quickly tell the Healer to use poisoned tofu, you can just left-click on the horn (not right-click).

Collector

Pretty much all you do is pick up the correct eggs and use the horn. Also put them in the hopper. If you want to quickly tell the Attacker to use style 1, you can just left-click on the horn (not right-click).

Healer

Right-click on the Healer dispenser and select stock-up. Right click on the Healer pool (to the south-west/down-left of the cave) and select take-from. Repeat when your vial is empty. When you're getting called by someone, go over there and use the vial on them. You should heal them if they don't call, too. Also use the correct poisoned food on the Penance Healers. If you want to quickly tell the Defender to use tofu, you can just left-click on the horn (not right-click).
